Included components

Both sets also include a single child glider swing with the same 115-pound limit. This capacity is standard for residential wooden playsets. It accommodates most children and smaller adults safely. The structural wood frames are built to handle these loads. You do not need to worry about differing limits between the two models. The safety standard is consistent across both the Tellico Terrace and Knightsbridge Ultimate.
Slide warranty
Both manufacturers offer a lifetime warranty against cracks and breaks for their slides. The Tellico Terrace covers both its turbo tube and cool wave slides. The Knightsbridge Ultimate covers its alpine wave slide. This warranty protects your investment against material failures in the plastic components. The weight difference is noticeable but not extreme.
Which Swing-N-Slide Model Fits Your Yard
You have a narrow backyard with limited width
The Tellico Terrace measures 172 inches wide, making it the narrower option. This rectangular footprint saves space in tight yards. You get two slides and a climbing wall without needing extra lateral clearance. The 198-inch length provides ample linear play area while keeping the overall structure compact for smaller residential lots.
You want monkey bars and a wider play zone
The Knightsbridge Ultimate includes monkey bars, which the Tellico Terrace lacks. Its wider 197-inch footprint offers more lateral space for active play. You also get an architectural wooden roof with a sunburst gable. This model suits buyers who prioritize varied equipment and a broader playing surface over a longer linear structure.
You prefer a single slide but want value
The Knightsbridge Ultimate features one Alpine wave slide instead of two. This reduces the number of components you need to manage. Both sets share the same 115-pound weight limit and lifetime slide warranty. You save assembly complexity by choosing a single slide while retaining essential features like swings and a climbing wall.
You need dual slides for multiple children
The Tellico Terrace includes both a turbo tube slide and a cool wave slide. This allows two children to play simultaneously without waiting. You get more slide variety in one structure. The set maintains the same height and swing capacity as the Knightsbridge, ensuring equal safety standards while offering greater sliding capacity for busy households.
