6 Best Alternatives to the Jack and June Jack & June Haven (2026)

Comparing Cedar Playset Alternatives

Backyard Discovery Canyon Creek Cedar Swing Set

The Backyard Discovery Canyon Creek Cedar Swing Set shares the 100% cedar wood construction of the Jack and June Haven, ensuring similar durability and natural aesthetics. However, it offers a more compact footprint at 160 inches long and 205 inches wide, compared to the Haven's unspecified but likely larger scale. At 493 pounds, it is slightly heavier than the Haven's 450 pounds. This model prioritizes a multi-level layout with climbing and sliding features, making it a strong fit for families who want extensive play zones in a standard yard. It gives up the Haven's specific rock climbing wall and fire pole in favor of a broader, integrated deck structure. Choose this if you need a robust cedar option that balances size with activity variety.

Backyard Discovery Sterling Point Cedar Swing Set

The Backyard Discovery Sterling Point Cedar Swing Set is a significantly larger structure than the Jack and June Haven. Measuring 246 inches wide and 130 inches high, it dwarfs the Haven's dimensions, offering a raised clubhouse and multiple activity zones. Weighing 606 pounds, it is much heavier and requires a spacious yard. While both use cedar, the Sterling Point focuses on extensive climbing and swinging features rather than the Haven's specific accessory mix like the telescope or racing wheel. It is best for buyers who prioritize a massive, durable cedar structure with a central clubhouse over a more compact, accessory-rich design. Select this alternative if you have ample space and want a grand, multi-story play center.

Gorilla Playsets Outing Cedar Dual Slide Swing Set

The Gorilla Playsets Outing Cedar Dual Slide Swing Set is a compact alternative to the Jack and June Haven. At 150 inches long and 180 inches wide, it is smaller and lighter at 293 pounds. It shares the 100% cedar wood construction, providing similar material quality. However, it gives up the Haven's three deck heights, rock climbing wall, and fire pole. Instead, it focuses on a space-saving design with dual slides. This model suits buyers with smaller yards who prioritize shared sliding fun over complex climbing features. If you need a sturdy cedar structure that fits in a tighter space and emphasizes sliding action, this is a practical choice over the more feature-heavy Haven.

Backyard Discovery Cedar Cove Dual-Slide Swing Set

The Backyard Discovery Cedar Cove Dual-Slide Swing Set is a substantial outdoor play center built from cedar wood, matching the Haven's material. It is wider at 183 inches and longer at 220 inches, with a weight of 492 pounds. This model offers diverse activities like climbing and sliding in a single unit, similar to the Haven. However, it lacks the specific three-deck height configuration and unique accessories like the fire pole or telescope found on the Haven. It is ideal for families with large yards who want a durable cedar structure with broad play zones. Choose this if you prefer a large, integrated play center with dual slides over the Haven's multi-level, accessory-focused design.

Backyard Discovery Highlander 3-Story Swing Set

The Backyard Discovery Highlander 3-Story Swing Set is a robust, large-scale option built from cedar, sharing the Haven's material choice. At 186 inches wide and 153 inches high, it is taller and wider than the Haven, weighing 608 pounds. It features a climbing wall and picnic area, offering extensive activity zones. Unlike the Haven, which includes specific accessories like a telescope and racing wheel, the Highlander focuses on large-scale, natural wood play with varied zones. It is best for buyers with spacious yards who prioritize a massive structure with diverse activities. Select this alternative if you want a towering cedar playset with a picnic area over the Haven's more compact, accessory-rich layout.

Backyard Discovery Endeavor Cedar Swing Set

The Backyard Discovery Endeavor Cedar Swing Set is built from cedar and includes a 5-year warranty, a detail not specified for the Jack and June Haven. It measures 242 inches long and 137 inches wide, with a weight of 550 pounds. This model is designed for kids aged 3 to 10 and offers extensive climbing and swinging features. It gives up the Haven's three deck heights and specific accessories like the fire pole. Instead, it provides a durable structure with a focus on climbing and swinging for a wider age range. Choose this if you want a warranty-backed cedar playset with broad climbing features for younger children, rather than the Haven's multi-level, accessory-heavy design.
