How Gorilla Playsets Ozark II Differs
Gorilla Playsets Ozark II Wood Swing Set
The Gorilla Playsets Ozark II Wood Swing Set replaces the Avalon’s dual-slide configuration with a single, focused layout. It measures 108 by 222 inches, offering a longer but narrower footprint than the Avalon’s 150-by-150-inch square. This model includes three swing stations and rock climbing features, but it lacks the second slide and enclosed tube slide found in the original. The Ozark II stands 108 inches high, which is shorter than the Avalon’s 126-inch height. It weighs 419 pounds, making it heavier than the Avalon’s 353 pounds. You should choose this alternative if you prefer a linear arrangement over a square one and do not require dual sliding options.
Gorilla Playsets Avalon Treehouse Dual Slide Swing Set
The Gorilla Playsets Avalon Treehouse Dual Slide Swing Set expands the footprint significantly to 180 by 150 inches. It retains the 126-inch height but adds twin side-by-side slides instead of the wave and tube combination in the original model. This set includes three swing stations and an elevated canopy deck, similar to the Avalon, but the wider width accommodates more simultaneous play. It weighs only 297 pounds, which is lighter than the original Avalon’s 353 pounds. The dual-slide design allows two children to slide down at the same time without waiting. You should pick this version if your yard has the extra width and you want faster slide turnover for multiple kids.
Gorilla Playsets Avalon Swing Set with Vinyl Canopy
The Gorilla Playsets Avalon Swing Set with Vinyl Canopy matches the original’s 150-by-150-inch square footprint and 126-inch height. However, it omits the dual-slide feature entirely, focusing instead on durable lumber framing and diverse climbing options. It includes three swing stations, similar to the original, but lacks the wave and tube slides. This model weighs 432 pounds, which is heavier than the original Avalon’s 353 pounds. It also features an 800-pound load rating, providing a sturdier feel for older children. You should choose this alternative if you do not need slides and prioritize a robust, climbing-focused structure within the same square yard space.
Gorilla Playsets High Point Wooden Swing Set
The Gorilla Playsets High Point Wooden Swing Set offers a 108-by-222-inch layout, which is longer and narrower than the Avalon’s square design. It includes three swing stations, a single slide, and a rock climbing wall under a vinyl canopy. The height is 108 inches, making it shorter than the Avalon’s 126-inch structure. It weighs 419 pounds, which is heavier than the original. This model is designed for children ages 3 to 11 and utilizes pre-drilled lumber for easier assembly. You should select this alternative if you have a long, narrow yard space and prefer a single slide over the dual-slide setup of the Avalon.
Backyard Discovery Canyon Creek Cedar Playset
The Backyard Discovery Canyon Creek Cedar Playset differs significantly in both material and layout. It measures 183 by 188 inches, which is larger in both width and length than the Avalon’s 150-by-150-inch footprint. The height is 119 inches, slightly shorter than the Avalon’s 126 inches. This set includes three swing stations and an 8-foot slide, but it replaces the dual-slide feature with a lower clubhouse kitchen for pretend play. It is constructed from 100% cedar, whereas the Avalon uses cedar with vinyl accents. It weighs 387 pounds, which is heavier than the original. You should choose this if you want cedar construction and integrated pretend play features.
Gorilla Playsets Outing Swing Set with Dual Slides
The Gorilla Playsets Outing Swing Set with Dual Slides offers a 180-by-186-inch footprint, which is wider and longer than the Avalon’s 150-by-150-inch square. It stands 126 inches high, matching the Avalon’s height. This model includes dual slides, similar to the original, but the layout is rectangular rather than square. It weighs 349 pounds, which is slightly lighter than the Avalon’s 353 pounds. The design is intended for compact yards that still require dual sliding options. You should pick this alternative if you have a rectangular yard space and want dual slides in a frame that is slightly lighter than the Avalon.
