Key specs explained for this set
Material: 100% cedar wood
The frame uses solid cedar lumber rather than treated pine or metal. Cedar naturally resists rot and insects, which extends the lifespan of the structure in outdoor conditions. You get a sturdy build that weathers well over time. This material choice offers a more premium feel and durability compared to standard pressure-treated wood sets, reducing long-term maintenance needs for decay.
Assembled Dimensions: 220 in L x 183 in W x 119 in H
This large footprint requires a significant yard area for safe installation. The length and width provide ample space for the clubhouse, slides, and swing lanes without crowding. You must measure your backyard to ensure clearance. This size suits families with multiple children or those seeking a substantial play center, whereas smaller yards might need more compact alternatives.
Slide Type: Spiral tube slide, 8 ft wave slide
The set includes two distinct sliding options to accommodate different play styles. The spiral tube slide offers a twisting, enclosed ride that feels fast and exciting. The 8-foot wave slide provides a quicker, open descent. Having both types allows children to choose their preferred speed and sensation, making the equipment engaging for a wider range of ages and preferences than single-slide models.
Number of Swings: 2 belt swings, 1 web disc swing
This configuration supports three children swinging simultaneously, reducing wait times during busy play sessions. The belt swings offer traditional seating for standard back-and-forth motion. The web disc swing allows for spinning and group seating, adding variety. This mix balances classic comfort with dynamic movement, ensuring that multiple kids can use the swings without conflicting with each other's space.
Warranty: 5-year warranty
The manufacturer provides a five-year coverage period for the structure. This duration offers peace of mind regarding material defects or structural integrity issues that may arise during the initial years of use. You get a defined period of protection that exceeds basic limited warranties. This coverage helps safeguard your investment against premature wear or manufacturing flaws in the wood and hardware.
Design and build specs
The structure is built from 100% cedar wood, according to the listing. This material choice provides natural resistance to decay and insects. The wood features a light brown stain with white trim, though the listing notes that stain saturation and color may vary. This finish requires you to monitor the wood’s condition over time to maintain its appearance.
The assembled dimensions are 220 inches in length, 183 inches in width, and 119 inches in height. The unit weighs 492 pounds. These large specifications mean you need a substantial backyard area with a flat, level surface. The weight helps stabilize the structure, but you must ensure your ground can support this load without shifting. The size accommodates the dual-slide configuration and the elevated clubhouse layout.
Assembly is described as ready to assemble, with support from the BILT app. This indicates you will need to put the pieces together yourself rather than receiving a fully built unit. The design includes a flat-step ladder for easy access to the lower playhouse. The layout utilizes the vertical space efficiently, placing the rock climbing wall and swings within reach of the main platforms. You should plan your installation site carefully to fit these specific measurements.
Setup and everyday use
Setting up this swing set requires assembly, as the unit is listed as ready to assemble. The listing mentions a BILT app, which likely provides visual instructions for the process. You should expect a substantial project given the weight of the structure. The assembled unit weighs 492 pounds, indicating heavy components that need careful handling during construction. The dimensions are large, measuring 220 inches in length, 183 inches in width, and 119 inches in height. You will need a flat, level area that accommodates this footprint with some clearance for safety.
Daily use involves navigating multiple levels. The structure features a raised clubhouse and a lower playhouse. Access to the upper areas is provided by a flat-step ladder with wide steps, designed for easy entry for children of various ages. The lower section includes a toy grill, sink, and snack bar with built-in benches, encouraging imaginative play without requiring climbing.
Active play is supported by diverse features. You can use the spiral tube slide for twisted descents or the eight-foot wave slide for quicker trips. The climbing wall has twelve holds for skill-building. Swinging options include two classic belt swings and one web disc swing, all mounted on a patented three-position beam extender that widens the swing lanes. This setup allows for simultaneous use by multiple children. The cedar wood construction provides durability for frequent outdoor use, though you should note that stain saturation may vary slightly from piece to piece.
Before You Buy This Set
You need to verify your yard can accommodate the 220 by 183 inch footprint. The structure is heavy at 492 pounds, so a solid, level base is essential. You should check local building codes for height restrictions, as the 119 inch height may exceed limits in some zones. Since it is ready to assemble, you must plan for significant labor or hire help. The listing mentions a BILT app for visual instructions, but you should still ensure you have the necessary tools. Regular upkeep involves inspecting the cedar wood for wear and reapplying stain or sealant to maintain its light brown color and protect against weather. This set offers extensive features like dual slides and a climbing wall, making it suitable for active families. However, it requires more maintenance than metal or plastic alternatives. You should compare its size and material needs against other options in the category to ensure it fits your space and maintenance willingness.
Check before you buy

- Check local zoning laws for the 119 inch height limit.
